第九条（検討）
The Government is to, with a target of three years after this Act comes into effect, taking into account the status of the enforcement, etc. of the New Payment Services Act, when it finds it necessary, review the scope of acts falling under Article 2-2, item (ii) of the New Payment Services Act and other provisions of the New Payment Services Act, and take required measures based on the results of that review.
政府は、この法律の施行後三年を目途として、新資金決済法の施行の状況等を勘案し、必要があると認めるときは、新資金決済法第二条の二第二号に該当する行為の範囲その他新資金決済法の規定について検討を加え、その結果に基づいて所要の措置を講ずるものとする。
