第九条
With respect to type II funds transfer services carried out by a deemed registered type II service provider, the provisions of Articles 43 through 45, Article 47 and Article 58-2 of the New Payment Services Act apply from the day on which one week has elapsed from the day following the base date prescribed in Article 43, paragraph (1) of the Former Payment Services Act immediately preceding the item (ii) Effective Date, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the making of security deposits for providing funds transfer services in relation to type II funds transfer services carried out by a deemed registered type II service provider before that day.
みなし登録第二種業者が営む第二種資金移動業については、新資金決済法第四十三条から第四十五条まで、第四十七条及び第五十八条の二の規定は、第二号施行日の直前の旧資金決済法第四十三条第一項に規定する基準日の翌日から起算して一週間を経過する日から適用し、同日前におけるみなし登録第二種業者が営む第二種資金移動業に係る履行保証金の供託については、なお従前の例による。
