第六条
A person who had been deemed to be an issuer of prepaid payment instruments for third-party business prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (7) of the Former Act pursuant to the provisions of Article 27 of the Former Act is deemed to be an issuer of prepaid payment instruments for third-party business, and the provisions of this Act apply to the person, within the scope of the purpose of completing the performance of the obligations of the prepaid certificates it issued.
