A certified association for payment service providers is to engage in the following business:
認定資金決済事業者協会は、次に掲げる業務を行うものとする。
the business of providing guidance, recommendations and other services to members and electronic payment instruments and cryptoasset intermediary service providers in order to ensure compliance with the provisions of this Act and other laws and regulations and the rules referred to in item (iii), when members engage in the business of issuing prepaid payment instruments, funds transfer services, electronic payment instruments services or cryptoasset exchange services, or when electronic payment instruments and cryptoasset intermediary service providers (limited to those whose principal electronic payment instruments service provider, etc. is a member; the same applies hereinafter in this Chapter except in Article 92 and Article 97) engage in electronic payment instruments and cryptoasset intermediary services;
会員が前払式支払手段の発行の業務、資金移動業、電子決済手段等取引業若しくは暗号資産交換業を行うに当たり、又は電子決済手段・暗号資産サービス仲介業者（会員を所属電子決済手段等取引業者等とするものに限る。第九十二条及び第九十七条を除き、以下この章において同じ。）が電子決済手段・暗号資産サービス仲介業を行うに当たり、この法律その他の法令の規定及び第三号の規則を遵守させるための会員及び電子決済手段・暗号資産サービス仲介業者に対する指導、勧告その他の業務
the business of providing guidance, recommendation, etc. to the members in relation to their business of issuing prepaid payment instruments, funds transfer services, electronic payment instruments services or cryptoasset exchange services, or to electronic payment instruments and cryptoasset intermediary service providers in relation to their electronic payment instruments and cryptoasset intermediary services, that is necessary for ensuring the appropriateness of the terms and conditions of contracts or otherwise protecting the interests of users of the business of issuing prepaid payment instruments, the funds transfer services, the electronic payment instruments services, the cryptoasset exchange services or the electronic payment instruments and cryptoasset intermediary services;
会員の行う前払式支払手段の発行の業務、資金移動業、電子決済手段等取引業若しくは暗号資産交換業又は電子決済手段・暗号資産サービス仲介業者の行う電子決済手段・暗号資産サービス仲介業に関し、契約の内容の適正化その他前払式支払手段、資金移動業、電子決済手段等取引業、暗号資産交換業又は電子決済手段・暗号資産サービス仲介業の利用者の利益の保護を図るために必要な指導、勧告その他の業務
establishment of the rules that are necessary for the appropriate management of the business of issuing prepaid payment instruments, the funds transfer services, the electronic payment instruments services or the cryptoasset exchange services carried out by the members, or the electronic payment instruments and cryptoasset intermediary services carried out by electronic payment instruments and cryptoasset intermediary service providers, and information used in these businesses;
会員の行う前払式支払手段の発行の業務、資金移動業、電子決済手段等取引業若しくは暗号資産交換業又は電子決済手段・暗号資産サービス仲介業者の行う電子決済手段・暗号資産サービス仲介業の適正化及びその取り扱う情報の適切な管理を図るために必要な規則の制定
investigation of the status of compliance by members and electronic payment instruments and cryptoasset intermediary service providers with this Act or an order under this Act or a disposition under this Act or the order, or the rules prescribed in the preceding item;
会員及び電子決済手段・暗号資産サービス仲介業者のこの法律若しくはこの法律に基づく命令若しくはこれらに基づく処分又は前号の規則の遵守の状況の調査
collection, organization, and provision of information necessary for the protection of the interests of users of the business of issuing prepaid payment instruments, the funds transfer services, the electronic payment instruments services, the cryptoasset exchange services or the electronic payment instruments and cryptoasset intermediary services;
前払式支払手段、資金移動業、電子決済手段等取引業、暗号資産交換業又は電子決済手段・暗号資産サービス仲介業の利用者の利益を保護するために必要な情報の収集、整理及び提供
handling of complaints from users related to the business of issuing prepaid payment instruments, the funds transfer services, the electronic payment instruments services or the cryptoasset exchange services carried out by members, or the electronic payment instruments and cryptoasset intermediary services carried out by electronic payment instruments and cryptoasset intermediary service providers;
会員の行う前払式支払手段の発行の業務、資金移動業、電子決済手段等取引業若しくは暗号資産交換業又は電子決済手段・暗号資産サービス仲介業者の行う電子決済手段・暗号資産サービス仲介業に関する利用者からの苦情の処理
publicity to the users of prepaid payment instruments, the funds transfer services, the electronic payment instruments services, the cryptoasset exchange services or the electronic payment instruments and cryptoasset intermediary services and other businesses necessary for the achievement of the purposes of the certified association for payment service providers; and
前払式支払手段、資金移動業、電子決済手段等取引業、暗号資産交換業又は電子決済手段・暗号資産サービス仲介業の利用者に対する広報その他認定資金決済事業者協会の目的を達成するために必要な業務
beyond what is set forth in the preceding items, businesses that contribute to the sound development of the business of issuing prepaid payment instruments, the funds transfer services, the electronic payment instruments services, the cryptoasset exchange services or the electronic payment instruments and cryptoasset intermediary services and the protection of the users of these businesses.
前各号に掲げるもののほか、前払式支払手段の発行の業務、資金移動業、電子決済手段等取引業、暗号資産交換業又は電子決済手段・暗号資産サービス仲介業の健全な発展及びこれらの利用者の保護に資する業務
