If a person to whom the business of issuing prepaid payment instruments has been entrusted by an issuer of prepaid payment instruments, or a closely related person, member shop or any other related person of the issuer of prepaid payment instruments is requested by the Prime Minister to extend their cooperation necessary for the fulfillment of the right specified in paragraph (1) of the preceding Article pertaining to the prepaid payment instruments issued by the issuer of prepaid payment instruments, the person is to endeavor to respond to the request.
前払式支払手段発行者から発行の業務の委託を受けた者、密接関係者、加盟店その他の当該前払式支払手段発行者の関係者は、当該前払式支払手段発行者が発行した前払式支払手段に係る前条第一項の権利の実行に関し内閣総理大臣から必要な協力を求められた場合には、これに応ずるよう努めるものとする。
