If the Prime Minister finds it necessary for ensuring the sound and appropriate management of the business of issuing repaid payment instruments of an issuer of prepaid payment instruments, the Minister may order that an issuer of prepaid payment instruments to take measures necessary to improve the operation of its business or its financial status or other measures necessary for the supervision, to the extent necessary for the Minister.
内閣総理大臣は、前払式支払手段発行者の前払式支払手段の発行の業務の健全かつ適切な運営を確保するために必要があると認めるときは、その必要の限度において、当該前払式支払手段発行者に対し、業務の運営又は財産の状況の改善に必要な措置その他監督上必要な措置をとるべきことを命ずることができる。
