All or part of the security deposits for issuance may be recovered, pursuant to the provisions of Cabinet Order, if the user falls under any of the following items:
発行保証金は、次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合には、政令で定めるところにより、その全部又は一部を取り戻すことができる。
if the unused balance on the base date is not more than the standard amount;
if the amount of the security deposits for issuance exceeds the amount required for deposit;
発行保証金の額が要供託額を超えるとき。
if the procedure for the fulfillment of the right referred to in Article 31, paragraph (1) has been completed; and
第三十一条第一項の権利の実行の手続が終了したとき。
