If the Prime Minister finds it necessary for the protection of the interests of users of prepaid payment instruments, the Minister may order an issuer of prepaid payment instruments who has concluded a guarantee contract for security deposits for issuance or a trust agreement for security deposits for issuance or the counterparty thereto to deposit all or part of the secured amount or the amount of proceeds from the trust property that have been realized.
内閣総理大臣は、前払式支払手段の利用者の利益の保護のために必要があると認めるときは、発行保証金保全契約若しくは発行保証金信託契約を締結した前払式支払手段発行者又はこれらの契約の相手方に対し、保全金額又は信託財産を換価した額の全部又は一部を供託すべき旨を命ずることができる。
