If any of the following items applies, the person who has committed the violation is subject to a fine of not more than one million yen:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合には、当該違反行為をした者は、百万円以下の罰金に処する。
a person violates an order under the provisions of Article 55, Article 62-21, Article 63-16, Article 63-22-19, Article 63-36, Article 81 or Article 96, paragraph (1); or
a person provides electronic payment instruments services without filing a notification under the provisions of Article 62-8, paragraph (3) or files a false notification.
