If any of the following items applies, the person who has committed the violation is subject to imprisonment for not more than one year or a fine of not more than three million yen, or both:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合には、当該違反行為をした者は、一年以下の拘禁刑若しくは三百万円以下の罰金に処し、又はこれを併科する。
a person fails to give a public notice under the provisions of Article 20, paragraph (2), Article 61, paragraph (3), Article 62-25, paragraph (3) or Article 63-20, paragraph (3) or gives a false public notice;
第二十条第二項、第六十一条第三項、第六十二条の二十五第三項若しくは第六十三条の二十第三項の規定による公告をせず、又は虚偽の公告をしたとき。
a person, in violation of Article 43, paragraph (1), fails to make a deposit;
第四十三条第一項の規定に違反して、供託を行わなかったとき。
a person, in violation of the provisions of the second sentence of Article 45-2, paragraph (1), fails to implement the management by using the method of management by bank deposits or savings prescribed in item (i) of that paragraph;
第四十五条の二第一項後段の規定に違反して、同項第一号に規定する預貯金等管理方法による管理を行わなかったとき。
a person, in violation of an order under the provisions of Article 46, fails to make a deposit;
第四十六条の規定による命令に違反して、供託を行わなかったとき。
a person fails to prepare or maintain the books and documents under the provisions of Article 52, Article 62-18, Article 63-13, Article 63-22-16 or Article 78, or prepares false books or documents;
第五十二条、第六十二条の十八、第六十三条の十三、第六十三条の二十二の十六若しくは第七十八条の規定による帳簿書類の作成若しくは保存をせず、又は虚偽の帳簿書類の作成をしたとき。
a person fails to submit the written reports under the provisions of Article 53, paragraph (1) or (2), Article 62-19, paragraph (1) or (2), Article 63-14, paragraph (1) or (2), Article 63-22-17, Article 63-34 or Article 79 or the accompanying documents under the provisions of Article 53, paragraph (3), Article 62-19, paragraph (3) or (4), Article 63-14, paragraph (3) or (4) or submits false written reports or accompanying documents;
第五十三条第一項若しくは第二項、第六十二条の十九第一項若しくは第二項、第六十三条の十四第一項若しくは第二項、第六十三条の二十二の十七、第六十三条の三十四若しくは第七十九条の規定による報告書若しくは第五十三条第三項、第六十二条の十九第三項若しくは第四項若しくは第六十三条の十四第三項若しくは第四項の規定による添付書類を提出せず、又は虚偽の記載をした報告書若しくは添付書類を提出したとき。
a person fails to submit reports or materials under the provisions of Article 54, paragraph (1) or (2), Article 62-20, paragraph (1) or (2), Article 63-15, paragraph (1) or (2), Article 63-22-18, paragraph (1) or (2), Article 63-35, paragraph (1) or (2) or Article 80, paragraph (1) or (2), or submits false reports or materials;
第五十四条第一項若しくは第二項、第六十二条の二十第一項若しくは第二項、第六十三条の十五第一項若しくは第二項、第六十三条の二十二の十八第一項若しくは第二項、第六十三条の三十五第一項若しくは第二項若しくは第八十条第一項若しくは第二項の規定による報告若しくは資料の提出をせず、又は虚偽の報告若しくは資料の提出をしたとき。
a person fails to answer or gives a false answer to the questions asked by the officials under the provisions of Article 54, paragraph (1) or (2), Article 62-20, paragraph (1) or (2), Article 63-15, paragraph (1) or (2), Article 63-22-18, paragraph (1) or (2), Article 63-35, paragraph (1) or (2) or Article 80, paragraph (1) or (2), or refuses, prevents or evades the inspection under these provisions;
第五十四条第一項若しくは第二項、第六十二条の二十第一項若しくは第二項、第六十三条の十五第一項若しくは第二項、第六十三条の二十二の十八第一項若しくは第二項、第六十三条の三十五第一項若しくは第二項若しくは第八十条第一項若しくは第二項の規定による当該職員の質問に対して答弁をせず、若しくは虚偽の答弁をし、又はこれらの規定による検査を拒み、妨げ、若しくは忌避したとき。
a person violates the provisions of Article 38 (limited to the part pertaining to item (i)) of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 62-17, paragraph (1) or Article 63-22-15, paragraph (1) (hereinafter referred to as the "Financial Instruments and Exchange Act as applied mutatis mutandis");
第六十二条の十七第一項又は第六十三条の二十二の十五第一項において準用する金融商品取引法（以下「準用金融商品取引法」という。）第三十八条（第一号に係る部分に限る。）の規定に違反したとき。
a person violates an order under the provisions of Article 62-21-2 or Article 63-16-2;
第六十二条の二十一の二又は第六十三条の十六の二の規定による命令に違反したとき。
a person, in violation of the provisions of Article 63-9-3 (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 63-22-15, paragraph (2); the same applies hereinafter in this item), engages in the act set forth in item (i) of Article 63-9-3;
第六十三条の九の三（第六十三条の二十二の十五第二項において準用する場合を含む。以下この号において同じ。）の規定に違反して、第六十三条の九の三第一号に掲げる行為をしたとき。
a person made false statements in the written application for a license under the provisions of Article 63-24, paragraph (1) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 63-33, paragraph (3)) or the accompanying documents under the provisions of Article 63-24, paragraph (2) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 63-33, paragraph (3)) and submits those; or
第六十三条の二十四第一項（第六十三条の三十三第三項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定による許可申請書又は第六十三条の二十四第二項（第六十三条の三十三第三項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定による添付書類に虚偽の記載をして提出したとき。
a person made false statements in the written application for license under the provisions of Article 65, paragraph (1) or the accompanying documents under the provisions of paragraph (2) of that Article and submits those.
