第三十四条
The provisions of Article 116-2, paragraph (1), item (vi) of the Revised National Health Insurance Act (limited to the part pertaining to moving in) apply to an insured person under the national health insurance program who is found to have changed domicile to the place where a facility falling under a specified facility listed in that item is located by moving into that facility on or after the item (iii) Effective Date and who, at the time of moving into that facility, is found to have had a domicile within the area of a Municipality other than the Municipality in which that facility is located, and the provisions then in force continue to govern a person who is found to have changed domicile to the place where that facility is located by moving into that facility before the item (iii) Effective Date.
新国保法第百十六条の二第一項第六号の規定（入居に係る部分に限る。）は、第三号施行日以後に同号に掲げる特定施設に該当する施設に入居をすることにより当該施設の所在する場所に住所を変更したと認められる国民健康保険の被保険者であって、当該施設に入居をした際、当該施設が所在する市町村以外の市町村の区域内に住所を有していたと認められるものについて適用し、第三号施行日前に当該施設に入居をすることにより当該施設の所在する場所に住所を変更したと認められる者については、なお従前の例による。
