Supplementary Provisions, Article 84Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the National Health Insurance Act
第八十四条（国民健康保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 116-2 of the National Health Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 82 of the Supplementary Provisions apply to an insured person under the national health insurance program who is found to have changed their domicile, on or after the date of enforcement, to the location of the residence set forth in paragraph (1), item (ii)-2 of that Article, by moving into that residence, and who, at the time of moving into that residence, is found to have been domiciled within the area of a Municipality other than the Municipality in which that residence is located.
附則第八十二条の規定による改正後の国民健康保険法第百十六条の二の規定は、同条第一項第二号の二に掲げる入居をすることにより、施行日以後に当該住居の所在する場所に住所を変更したと認められる国民健康保険の被保険者であって、当該住居に入居をした際、当該住居が所在する市町村以外の市町村の区域内に住所を有していたと認められるものについて、適用する。
