Supplementary Provisions, Article 18
第十八条
The provisions of the proviso of Article 81-3, paragraph (1) and of paragraph (2) of the National Health Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 2 apply to the calculation of the amount of contributions for medical treatment benefit expenses for fiscal year 1986 and subsequent fiscal years, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the calculation of the amount of contributions for medical treatment benefit expenses for fiscal year 1985 and earlier fiscal years.
第二条の規定による改正後の国民健康保険法第八十一条の三第一項ただし書及び第二項の規定は、昭和六十一年度以後の年度の療養給付費拠出金の額の算定について適用し、昭和六十年度以前の年度の療養給付費拠出金の額の算定については、なお従前の例による。
