Supplementary Provisions, Article 17Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the National Health Insurance Act
第十七条（国民健康保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 63-2 of the National Health Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 2 apply to specified medical expenses, medical expenses, exceptional medical expenses, high-cost medical expenses, or the payment of the difference under Article 43, paragraph (3) or Article 56, paragraph (2) of that Act, relating to medical treatment received on or after the Effective Date, or to benefits under Article 58 of that Act based on childbirth, death or other grounds on or after the Effective Date.
第二条の規定による改正後の国民健康保険法第六十三条の二の規定は、施行日以後に受けた療養に係る特定療養費、療養費、特例療養費、高額療養費若しくは同法第四十三条第三項若しくは第五十六条第二項の規定による差額の支給又は施行日以後の出産及び死亡その他の事由に基づく同法第五十八条の規定による給付について適用する。
