第十七条
With respect to a Municipality for which the amount listed in item (i) exceeds the amount listed in item (ii), notwithstanding the provisions of Article 70 of the Revised National Health Insurance Act, the national government may, for the time being, as provided by Cabinet Order, reduce the amount to be borne by it for that Municipality pursuant to the provisions of that Article, within the scope of the amount obtained by deducting the amount listed in item (ii) from the amount listed in item (i).
the amount calculated pursuant to Cabinet Order provisions with respect to the amount obtained by deducting, from the amount of the subsidy for medical treatment benefit expenses under Article 72-4, paragraph (1) of the Revised National Health Insurance Act for that fiscal year, an amount equal to forty hundredths of the amount of expenses required for the provision of benefits for medical treatment and the payment of specified medical expenses and medical expenses relating to the retired insured persons, etc. prescribed in that paragraph for that fiscal year, on the assumption that the ratio of co-payment for those retired insured persons, etc. is equal to the ratio of co-payment for insured persons listed in Article 42, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Revised National Health Insurance Act;
当該年度における新国保法第七十二条の四第一項の療養給付費交付金の額から当該年度における同項に規定する退職被保険者等に係る療養の給付、特定療養費及び療養費の支給に要する費用の額の百分の四十に相当する額を控除した額について、当該退職被保険者等に係る一部負担金の割合が新国保法第四十二条第一項第一号に掲げる被保険者に係る一部負担金の割合に等しいものとして政令で定めるところにより算定した額
the amount obtained by deducting the amount calculated pursuant to the provisions of Article 70, paragraphs (1) and (2) of the Revised National Health Insurance Act for that fiscal year from an amount equal to forty hundredths of the total sum of the amount of expenses required for the provision of benefits for medical treatment and the payment of specified medical expenses and medical expenses relating to insured persons listed in Article 42, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Revised National Health Insurance Act for that fiscal year, and the amount obtained by multiplying the amount of expenses required for paying the medical expense contribution for health and medical services for the elderly by ten-sevenths.
当該年度における新国保法第四十二条第一項第一号に掲げる被保険者に係る療養の給付、特定療養費及び療養費の支給に要する費用の額並びに老人保健医療費拠出金の納付に要する費用の額に七分の十を乗じて得た額の合算額の百分の四十に相当する額から当該年度における新国保法第七十条第一項及び第二項の規定により算定した額を控除した額
The provisions of Article 70, paragraph (2) of the Revised National Health Insurance Act apply mutatis mutandis to the calculation of the amounts listed in the items of the preceding paragraph.
新国保法第七十条第二項の規定は、前項各号に掲げる額の算定について準用する。
The total amount of adjusting subsidies prescribed in Article 72, paragraph (2) of the Revised National Health Insurance Act shall be, for the time being, the total sum of the amount calculated pursuant to the provisions of that paragraph and the total estimated amount of the amounts to be reduced pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1).
新国保法第七十二条第二項に規定する調整交付金の総額は、当分の間、同項の規定により算定される額と第一項の規定により減額される額の見込額の総額の合算額とする。
