第十六条（国民健康保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions then in force continue to govern the amount of medical expenses for medical treatment received before the Effective Date by a person prescribed in Article 8-2 of the National Health Insurance Act as amended by this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Revised National Health Insurance Act").
この法律による改正後の国民健康保険法（以下「新国保法」という。）第八条の二に規定する者が施行日前に受けた療養に係る療養費の額については、なお従前の例による。
