Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2018; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect on the dates specified respectively in those items:
この法律は、平成三十年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions of Article 3, Article 7 (limited to the provisions adding a proviso to Article 143-2, paragraph (1) of the Agricultural Disaster Compensation Act) and Article 10, and the provisions of Articles 6 through 8, Article 13 and Article 14 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date of promulgation;
第三条、第七条（農業災害補償法第百四十三条の二第一項にただし書を加える改正規定に限る。）及び第十条の規定並びに附則第六条から第八条まで、第十三条及び第十四条の規定 公布の日
