第五条（最低賃金法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）

この法律の施行の際現に効力を有する前条の規定による改正前の最低賃金法の規定による最低工賃は、この法律の規定の適用については、第八条第一項の規定により決定された最低工賃とみなす。
