In the case where, before the provisions of Article 96 come into effect, notice has been given under the latter part of Article 7, paragraph (5) of the Medical Practitioners' Act prior to amendment by the provisions of Article 96, with regard to the procedures for revocation of license and suspension of medical practice pertaining to that notice, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions of that Act as amended by the provisions of Article 96.
