第二十五条の二

The mayors of cities with a public health center and the mayors of special wards of Tokyo must, as provided by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, give notice to the prefectural governor of the particulars specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare concerning clinics, birthing centers and facilities for receiving online medical care.

保健所を設置する市の市長及び特別区の区長は、厚生労働省令の定めるところにより、診療所、助産所及びオンライン診療受診施設に関し、厚生労働省令で定める事項を都道府県知事に通知しなければならない。

clinic
診療所（しんりょうじょ）
A place where a doctor or dentist practises medicine or dentistry for the public or for a particular group of many people, which either has no facilities for admitting inpatients (and is not a facility for receiving online medical care (オンライン診療受診施設)) or has facilities for 19 or fewer, as Article 1-5, paragraph (2) defines it.
医師又は歯科医師が、公衆又は特定多数人のため医業又は歯科医業を行う場所であつて、患者を入院させるための施設を有しないもの（オンライン診療受診施設であるものを除く。）又は十九人以下の患者を入院させるための施設を有するもの

birthing center
助産所（じょさんじょ）
A place where a midwife (助産師) does her work for the public or for a particular group of many people, other than work done in a hospital or clinic.
助産師が公衆又は特定多数人のためその業務（病院又は診療所において行うものを除く。）を行う場所

facility for receiving online medical care
オンライン診療受診施設（おんらいんしんりょうじゅしんしせつ）
A facility whose founder, as a business, offers it to a hospital, clinic, long-term care health facility (介護老人保健施設) or integrated facility for medical and long-term care (介護医療院) where a doctor or dentist who gives online medical care (オンライン診療) works, as the place where patients receive that care.
当該施設の設置者が、業として、オンライン診療を行う医師又は歯科医師の勤務する病院、診療所、介護老人保健施設又は介護医療院に対して、その行うオンライン診療を患者が受ける場所として提供する施設

保健所を設置する市（ほけんじょをせっちするし）
A city that sets up its own public health center (保健所), as named by the Cabinet Order (政令) made under Article 5, paragraph (1) of the Community Health Act, whose mayor, like the prefectural governor and the mayor of a special ward (特別区), exercises the powers this Act gives over clinics and birthing centers in the city.
