Part of the authority of the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as prescribed in this Act may be delegated to the directors of the prefectural labor bureau pursuant to the provisions of Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
この法律に定める厚生労働大臣の権限は、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、その一部を都道府県労働局長に委任することができる。
The authority delegated to the director of a prefectural labor bureau pursuant to the provisions of the immediately preceding paragraph may be delegated to the head of the public employment security office, pursuant to the provisions of Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
前項の規定により都道府県労働局長に委任された権限は、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、公共職業安定所長に委任することができる。
