Article 32Application Mutatis Mutandis of the Code of Civil Procedure to Service
第三十二条（送達に関する民事訴訟法の準用）
The provisions of Article 100, paragraph (1), Article 101, Article 102-2, Article 103, Article 105, Article 106 and Article 108 of the Code of Civil Procedure apply mutatis mutandis to service under the preceding Article. In this case, the term "court" in that paragraph and the term "presiding judge" in that Article are deemed to be replaced with "Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications", and the term "court execution officer" in Article 101, paragraph (1) of that Act is deemed to be replaced with "official of the Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications".
前条の規定による送達については、民事訴訟法第百条第一項、第百一条、第百二条の二、第百三条、第百五条、第百六条及び第百八条の規定を準用する。この場合において、同項中「裁判所」とあり、及び同条中「裁判長」とあるのは「総務大臣」と、同法第百一条第一項中「執行官」とあるのは「総務大臣の職員」と読み替えるものとする。
