Supplementary Provisions, Article 5Transitional Measures Concerning Post-Manufacturing Inspections and Inspection Certificates
第五条（製造時等検査及び検査証に関する経過措置）
With regard to a disposition concerning an application for a post-manufacturing inspection under the provisions of paragraph (1) of Article 38 of the Industrial Safety and Health Act before amendment under the provisions of Article 2 (hereinafter referred to as the "former Industrial Safety and Health Act") that was filed before the effective date, in connection with which no disposition to pass or fail the applicant has been reached as of the time this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
An inspection certificate issued pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) of Article 39 of the former Industrial Safety and Health Act before the effective date (including one pertaining to an application for a post-manufacturing inspection that the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, and one issued pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) of Article 39 of the former Industrial Safety and Health Act that remain in force pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) of the following Article) is deemed to have been issued pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) of Article 39 of the new Industrial Safety and Health Act.
