Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Transitional Measures Concerning Registered Agencies for Post-Manufacturing Inspections
第六条（登録製造時等検査機関に関する経過措置）
A registered agency for post-manufacturing inspections that, as of the effective date, is registered under paragraph (1) of Article 38 of the former Industrial Safety and Health Act may conduct the post-manufacturing inspections pertaining to that registration until the period under the provisions of paragraph (1) of Article 46-2 of the Industrial Safety and Health Act has elapsed. In such a case, the provisions of paragraphs (1) and (2) of Article 38, paragraph (1) of Article 39, paragraphs (3) and (4) of Article 46, and Articles 47 through 53-2 of the former Industrial Safety and Health Act (including the penal provisions pertaining to these provisions) remain in force.
施行日において現に旧労働安全衛生法第三十八条第一項の登録を受けている登録製造時等検査機関は、労働安全衛生法第四十六条の二第一項の規定による期間が経過するまでの間は、当該登録に係る製造時等検査を行うことができる。この場合において、旧労働安全衛生法第三十八条第一項及び第二項、第三十九条第一項、第四十六条第三項及び第四項並びに第四十七条から第五十三条の二までの規定（これらの規定に係る罰則を含む。）は、なおその効力を有する。
With regard to the application of paragraph (2) of Article 46 of the Industrial Safety and Health Act, a rescission of a registration under the provisions of paragraph (1) or (2) of Article 53 of the former Industrial Safety and Health Act effected before the effective date (including a rescission of a registration under the provisions of paragraph (1) or (2) of Article 53 of the former Industrial Safety and Health Act that remain in force pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph) is deemed to be a rescission of a registration under the provisions of paragraph (1) or (2) of Article 53 of the new Industrial Safety and Health Act, respectively.
施行日前にされた旧労働安全衛生法第五十三条第一項又は第二項の規定による登録の取消し（前項の規定によりなお効力を有することとされる旧労働安全衛生法第五十三条第一項又は第二項の規定による登録の取消しを含む。）は、労働安全衛生法第四十六条第二項の適用については、それぞれ新労働安全衛生法第五十三条第一項又は第二項の規定による登録の取消しとみなす。
