Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Preparatory Actions Concerning Guidelines
第四条（指針に関する準備行為）
Even before the effective date, the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare may establish and release the guidelines necessary to ensure the appropriate and effective implementation of notices of alternative chemical names, etc. in the manner provided in the provisions of paragraph (8) of Article 57-2 of the new Industrial Safety and Health Act, or the guidelines necessary to ensure the appropriate and effective implementation of the measures that employers are to take in the manner provided in the provisions of paragraph (2) of Article 62-2 of the new Industrial Safety and Health Act, respectively.
厚生労働大臣は、施行日前においても、新労働安全衛生法第五十七条の二第八項の規定の例により、代替化学名等の通知の適切かつ有効な実施を図るため必要な指針を、又は新労働安全衛生法第六十二条の二第二項の規定の例により、事業者が講ずべき措置に関してその適切かつ有効な実施を図るため必要な指針を、それぞれ定め、公表することができる。
The guidelines established and released pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph are deemed to have been established and released on the effective date pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (8) of Article 57-2 or paragraph (2) of Article 62-2 of the new Industrial Safety and Health Act, respectively.
前項の規定により定められ、公表された指針は、施行日においてそれぞれ新労働安全衛生法第五十七条の二第八項又は第六十二条の二第二項の規定により定められ、公表されたものとみなす。
