Ministerial Order to Provide for the Method of Relay, etc. Prescribed in Article 2, etc. of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act Enforcement Order
出入国管理及び難民認定法施行令第二条等に規定する伝達の方法等を定める省令
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 2 of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act Enforcement Order (Cabinet Order No. 178 of 1998); Article 2, paragraph (2) and Article 3 of the Order for Enforcement of the Special Act on the Immigration Control of, Inter Alia, Those Who Have Lost Japanese Nationality Pursuant to the Treaty of Peace with Japan (Cabinet Order No. 420 of 2011); and Articles 18 and 25 of the Cabinet Order on the Arrangement of Related Cabinet Orders and on Transitional Measures upon the Enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act and the Special Act on the Immigration Control of, Inter Alia, Those Who Have Lost Japanese Nationality Pursuant to the Treaty of Peace with Japan, and Other Matters (Cabinet Order No. 421 of 2011), the Ministerial Order to Provide for the Method of Relay, etc. Prescribed in Article 2, etc. of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act Enforcement Order is established as follows.
第一条
The method specified by Ministry of Justice Order prescribed in Article 2 of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act Enforcement Order; Article 2, paragraph (2) and Article 3 of the Order for Enforcement of the Special Act on the Immigration Control of, Inter Alia, Those Who Have Lost Japanese Nationality Pursuant to the Treaty of Peace with Japan; and Articles 18 and 25 of the Cabinet Order on the Arrangement of Related Cabinet Orders and on Transitional Measures upon the Enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act and the Special Act on the Immigration Control of, Inter Alia, Those Who Have Lost Japanese Nationality Pursuant to the Treaty of Peace with Japan, and Other Matters is any of the following methods:
a method of transmitting, by operating a computer (including input/output devices) that the Commissioner of the Immigration Services Agency has the mayor of the municipality (in the case of a special ward, the head of the ward) use, to a computer used by the Commissioner of the Immigration Services Agency through a telecommunications line;
出入国在留管理庁長官が市町村長（特別区にあっては、区長）に使用させる電子計算機（入出力装置を含む。）の操作により電気通信回線を通じて出入国在留管理庁長官の使用に係る電子計算機に送信する方法
a method of sending an electromagnetic record medium (meaning a recording medium pertaining to an electromagnetic record) or a document (limited to the case where the method in the preceding item cannot be used due to a failure of the telecommunications line or any other reason).
電磁的記録媒体（電磁的記録に係る記録媒体をいう。）又は書面を送付する方法（電気通信回線の故障その他の事由により前号の方法によることができない場合に限る。）
第二条
The technical standards concerning the method of transmission through a telecommunications line provided for in item (i) of the preceding Article are to be established by the Commissioner of the Immigration Services Agency.
前条第一号に定める電気通信回線を通じた送信の方法に関する技術的基準については、出入国在留管理庁長官が定める。
