A person who falls under any of the following items is to be punished with a fine not exceeding 200,000 yen:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、二十万円以下の罰金に処する。
a person who does not give notification of their place of residence in violation of the provisions of Article 19-7, paragraph (1) or Article 19-8, paragraph (1);
a person who does not give notification of their new place of residence in violation of the provisions of Article 19-9, paragraph (1); or
a person who violates the provisions of Article 19-10, paragraph (1), Article 19-15 (except for paragraph (4)) or Article 19-16.
a person who fails to make a notification pursuant to the provisions of Article 44-6 or Article 52-5, or makes a false notification; or
a person who fails to make a notification pursuant to the provisions of Article 63-2, paragraph (2), or makes a false notification.
