The foreign national must pay a fee when obtaining a refugee travel document pursuant to the provisions of Article 61-2-15, paragraph (1) or when obtaining an extension of the validity period entered in the refugee travel document pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (7) of the same Article.
外国人は、第六十一条の二の十五第一項の規定により難民旅行証明書の交付を受け、又は同条第七項の規定により難民旅行証明書に有効期間の延長の記載を受けるときは、手数料を納付しなければならない。
The amount of the fee prescribed in the preceding paragraph is to be separately provided by a Cabinet Order pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (3) of the annex to the Refugee Convention.
前項に規定する手数料の額は、難民条約附属書第三項の定めるところにより、別に政令で定める。
