A provider of recruitment/candidate information in a specified manner must prepare a business summary report that describes the implementation status of its recruitment/candidate information provision service in a specified manner, pursuant to the provisions of Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, and must submit this report to the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare.
