A person offering the service of providing recruitment/candidate information must endeavor to provide information on particulars concerning accurate representation of information on worker recruitment, particulars concerning its complaint processing and other particulars provided for by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare pursuant to the provisions of Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
募集情報等提供事業を行う者は、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、労働者の募集に関する情報の的確な表示に関する事項、苦情の処理に関する事項その他厚生労働省令で定める事項に関し情報の提供を行うように努めなければならない。
