Conditions may be attached to the licensing referred to in Article 30, paragraph (1), and those conditions may be subject to change.
第三十条第一項の許可には、条件を付し、及びこれを変更することができる。
The conditions referred to in the preceding paragraph are limited to what is minimally necessary either in light of the purpose of the licensing referred to in Article 30, paragraph (1) or to ensure the reliable implementation of the matters under license, and must not impose an undue obligation on the person being licensed.
