Article 91-3Relationship between Requests for Administrative Review and Civil Litigation
第九十一条の三（審査請求と訴訟との関係）
A person may not bring an action to rescind a disposition provided for in Article 90, paragraph (1) until after a decision has been rendered by a social insurance examiner on a request for administrative review of the disposition.
第九十条第一項に規定する処分の取消しの訴えは、当該処分についての審査請求に対する社会保険審査官の決定を経た後でなければ、提起することができない。
