The provisions of Chapter II (excluding Article 22) and Chapter IV of the Administrative Appeals Act (Act No. 68 of 2014) do not apply to a request for administrative review as referred to in the preceding two Articles or to a request for re-examination as referred to in Article 90, paragraph (1) concerning a disposition provided for in Article 90, paragraph (1) or in paragraph (1) of the preceding Article.
