Article 8-2-4Amount Specified by Cabinet Order under Article 13-5, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act

The amount specified by Cabinet Order prescribed in Article 13-5, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act is the amount obtained by multiplying the amount calculated pursuant to the provisions of Article 9-2, paragraph (2), item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on the basis of the insured period prescribed in Article 13-5, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act by the rate obtained by dividing the number of months from the month that includes the date of claim to the month preceding the month that includes the day on which the person reaches the special starting age for payment by the number of months from the month that includes the date of claim to the month preceding the month that includes the day on which the person reaches the age of 65 (zero where the month that includes the date of claim and the month that includes the day on which the person reaches the special starting age for payment are the same).
