Article 6-2Replacement of Terms Where a Specified Person under the Reduced Minimum Wage Exception Has Status Relating to Different Insured Categories
第六条の二（特定減額特例対象者が異なる被保険者の種別に係る資格を有する場合の読替え）
In applying Article 18-2, paragraph (1) of the Act where a specified person under the reduced minimum wage exception (meaning the specified person under the reduced minimum wage exception prescribed in Article 4-6, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act; the same applies hereinafter) has filed the request under paragraph (2) of that Article, the phrase "Article 13" in Article 18-2, paragraph (1) of the Act is deemed to be replaced with "Article 4-6, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions".
特定減額特例対象者（法附則第四条の六第一項に規定する特定減額特例対象者をいう。以下同じ。）が同条第二項の申出をした場合における法第十八条の二第一項の規定の適用については、同項中「第十三条」とあるのは、「附則第四条の六第三項」とする。
