Where, pursuant to Article 82, paragraph (3) of the Act, an insured person is employed by two or more places of business at the same time, the amount of the premium relating to the standard monthly remuneration to be borne by each employer is the amount obtained by multiplying half of that insured person's premium by the number obtained by dividing the amount calculated for each place of business pursuant to Article 21, paragraph (1), Article 22, paragraph (1), Article 23, paragraph (1), Article 23-2, paragraph (1), Article 23-3, paragraph (1) or Article 24, paragraph (1) of the Act by that insured person's monthly amount of remuneration.
法第八十二条第三項の規定により被保険者が同時に二以上の事業所に使用される場合における各事業主の負担すべき標準報酬月額に係る保険料の額は、各事業所について法第二十一条第一項、第二十二条第一項、第二十三条第一項若しくは第二十三条の二第一項、第二十三条の三第一項又は第二十四条第一項の規定により算定した額を当該被保険者の報酬月額で除して得た数を当該被保険者の保険料の半額に乗じて得た額とする。

Where, pursuant to Article 82, paragraph (3) of the Act, an insured person is employed by two or more places of business at the same time, the premium to be paid by each employer is the premium to be borne by each employer pursuant to the preceding two paragraphs and the corresponding premium to be borne by that insured person.
Where an insured person is employed on a ship prescribed in Article 6, paragraph (1), item (iii) of the Act and is also employed at a place of business at the same time, an employer other than the shipowner (meaning the shipowner prescribed in that item; the same applies hereinafter in this paragraph and Article 4-4, paragraph (1)) does not bear the premium and does not have the obligation to pay the premium, and the shipowner bears half of the premium relating to that insured person and has the obligation to pay that premium and the premium borne by that insured person.
