The order of persons entitled to receive unpaid insurance benefits prescribed in Article 37, paragraph (4) of the Act is the following order: the spouse of the deceased person, children (including, where the deceased person was a husband who was a beneficiary of a survivors' employees' pension, a child of an insured person or a person who was an insured person for whom payment of the survivors' employees' pension has ceased to be suspended by the death of the deceased person), parents, grandchildren, grandparents, siblings, and relatives within the third degree of kinship other than these persons.
法第三十七条第四項に規定する未支給の保険給付を受けるべき者の順位は、死亡した者の配偶者、子（死亡した者が遺族厚生年金の受給権者である夫であつた場合における被保険者又は被保険者であつた者の子であつてその者の死亡によつて遺族厚生年金の支給の停止が解除されたものを含む。）、父母、孫、祖父母、兄弟姉妹及びこれらの者以外の三親等内の親族の順序とする。
