The persons specified by Cabinet Order prescribed in Article 79-10 of the Act are employees of the national administrative organs listed in the following items (meaning the national administrative organs prescribed in Article 1 of the National Government Organization Act (Act No. 120 of 1948)) who are specified in those items.
法第七十九条の十の政令で定める者は、次の各号に掲げる国の行政機関（国家行政組織法（昭和二十三年法律第百二十号）第一条に規定する国の行政機関をいう。）の職員であつて当該各号に定めるものとする。
Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare: the Administrative Vice-Minister, the Deputy Minister for Health, Labour and Welfare, the Director-General of the Minister's Secretariat, the Senior Deputy Director-General prescribed in Article 18, paragraph (2) of the Order on the Organization of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Cabinet Order No. 252 of 2000) (limited to a person specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare), the Deputy Director-General prescribed in paragraph (10) of that Article (limited to a person specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare), the Director of the General Affairs Division of the Minister's Secretariat, the Director-General of the Pension Bureau, the Director of the General Affairs Division of the Pension Bureau, the Director of the Fund Management Division and the Director of the Actuarial Affairs Division, and other employees engaged in administrative functions relating to the investment of the reserves prescribed in Article 79-2 of the Act who are designated by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare;
厚生労働省 事務次官、厚生労働審議官、官房長、厚生労働省組織令（平成十二年政令第二百五十二号）第十八条第二項に規定する総括審議官（厚生労働省令で定める者に限る。）、同条第十項に規定する審議官（厚生労働省令で定める者に限る。）、大臣官房総務課長、年金局長、年金局総務課長、資金運用課長及び数理課長その他法第七十九条の二に規定する積立金の運用に係る行政事務に従事する職員であつて厚生労働大臣が指定するもの
Ministry of Finance: the Administrative Vice-Minister, the Director-General of the Minister's Secretariat, the Deputy Director-General prescribed in Article 10, paragraph (2) of the Order on the Organization of the Ministry of Finance (Cabinet Order No. 250 of 2000) (limited to a person who is posted to the Budget Bureau and is specified by Ministry of Finance Order), the Counselor prescribed in Article 12, paragraph (2) of that Order (limited to a person specified by Ministry of Finance Order), the Director of the Documents Division of the Minister's Secretariat, the Director-General of the Budget Bureau, the Director of the General Affairs Division of the Budget Bureau and the Director of the Compensation and Mutual Aid Division, and other employees engaged in administrative functions relating to the investment of the reserves prescribed in Article 79-2 of the Act who are designated by the Minister of Finance;
財務省 事務次官、官房長、財務省組織令（平成十二年政令第二百五十号）第十条第二項に規定する次長（主計局に置かれるもののうち、財務省令で定める者に限る。）、財務省組織令第十二条第二項に規定する参事官（財務省令で定める者に限る。）、大臣官房文書課長、主計局長、主計局総務課長及び給与共済課長その他法第七十九条の二に規定する積立金の運用に係る行政事務に従事する職員であつて財務大臣が指定するもの
