Article 12-2Number Specified by Cabinet Order in Article 29, paragraph (4) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act
第十二条の二（法附則第二十九条第四項に規定する政令で定める数）
The number specified by Cabinet Order prescribed in Article 29, paragraph (4) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act is the number specified in the right-hand column of the following table, according to the category of the insured period relating to the period during which the person was an insured person set forth in the left-hand column of the same table.

法附則第二十九条第四項に規定する政令で定める数は、次の表の上欄に掲げる被保険者であつた期間に係る被保険者期間の区分に応じて、それぞれ同表の下欄に定める数とする。
