Article 1-3Special Provisions on Calculation of the Monthly Amount of Remuneration
第一条の三（報酬月額の算定に関する特例）
Where there is a person who has acquired status as a category II EPI insured or a category III EPI insured and that person's remuneration is determined on a monthly basis, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 22, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Act, the amount of remuneration that the category II EPI insured or category III EPI insured would receive in the month in question if the person had acquired that status on the first day of the month is the amount specified in that item.
第二号厚生年金被保険者又は第三号厚生年金被保険者の資格を取得した者がある場合において、その者の報酬が月によつて定められるときは、法第二十二条第一項第一号の規定にかかわらず、当該第二号厚生年金被保険者又は第三号厚生年金被保険者が月の初日に当該資格を取得したとしたならば同月において受けるべき報酬の額を、同号に定める額とする。
