附 則
This Act comes into effect on October 1, 1960; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 3, Articles 7 through 9 and Articles 14 through 16 come into effect on the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding two years and six months from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、昭和三十五年十月一日から施行する。ただし、第三条、第七条から第九条まで及び第十四条から第十六条までの規定は、公布の日から起算して二年六月をこえない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
An electrician who is actually engaged in the business of electrical work at the time the provisions of Article 8 come into effect must notify the prefectural governor, within one month from the date those provisions come into effect, of the matters specified by Order of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry under that Article.
A person who fails to make the notification under the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or makes a false notification, is subject to a civil fine of 10,000 yen or less.
前項の規定による届出をせず、又は虚偽の届出をした者は、一万円以下の過料に処する。
