附 則
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2005; provided, however, that the provisions of Articles 7 and 28 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of the date of promulgation, and the provisions of Article 4, paragraphs (1) through (5) and (9) through (11), Article 5 and Article 6 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of October 1, 2004.
この法律は、平成十七年四月一日から施行する。ただし、附則第七条及び第二十八条の規定は公布の日から、附則第四条第一項から第五項まで及び第九項から第十一項まで、第五条並びに第六条の規定は平成十六年十月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 26Transitional Measures Concerning Dispositions and Other Matters
第二十六条（処分等に関する経過措置）
Dispositions, procedures and other acts carried out before this Act comes into effect pursuant to the provisions of each Act prior to amendment (including orders based on it; the same applies hereinafter in this Article), for which there are equivalent provisions in each Act as amended, are deemed, unless otherwise provided for in these Supplementary Provisions, to have been carried out pursuant to the equivalent provisions of each Act as amended.
この法律の施行前に改正前のそれぞれの法律（これに基づく命令を含む。以下この条において同じ。）の規定によってした処分、手続その他の行為であって、改正後のそれぞれの法律の規定に相当の規定があるものは、この附則に別段の定めがあるものを除き、改正後のそれぞれの法律の相当の規定によってしたものとみなす。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 27Transitional Measures Concerning the Application of Penal Provisions
第二十七条（罰則の適用に関する経過措置）
With regard to the application of penal provisions to acts committed before this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行前にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 28Delegation to Cabinet Order
第二十八条（政令委任）
Beyond what is provided for in these Supplementary Provisions, the transitional measures necessary in connection with the enforcement of this Act are specified by Cabinet Order.
この附則に定めるもののほか、この法律の施行に伴い必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
