第三条（災害対策基本法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 102 of the Basic Act on Disaster Management as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (referred to as the "New Basic Act on Disaster Management" in Article 5 of the Supplementary Provisions) apply to a disaster prescribed in paragraph (1) of that Article that occurred on or after April 1, 2013.
