Article 96State's Share and Subsidy for Expenses of Disaster Recovery Projects
第九十六条（災害復旧事業費等に対する国の負担及び補助）
With respect to expenses required for disaster recovery projects and other projects undertaken in relation to a disaster, as provided for separately by laws and regulations or within the limits of its budget, the State may bear or subsidize them in whole or in part.
災害復旧事業その他災害に関連して行なわれる事業に要する費用は、別に法令で定めるところにより、又は予算の範囲内において、国がその全部又は一部を負担し、又は補助することができる。
