The kinds, content, and forms or methods of signals relating to disaster management that the mayor of a municipality employs in the issuance and transmission of alarms, warnings, and instructions for evacuation concerning disasters are prescribed by Disaster Management Agency Order, except as otherwise specially provided for by other laws and regulations.
No person may be permitted to employ a signal prescribed in the preceding paragraph or similar signals without good reason.
