Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of October 1, 2015;provided, however, that the provisions of Article 3 and the following Article and the provisions of Article 9 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この法律は、平成二十七年十月一日から施行する。ただし、第三条並びに次条及び附則第九条の規定は、公布の日から施行する。
