Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the day specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding six months from the date of promulgation (hereinafter referred to as the "effective date").
この法律は、公布の日から起算して六月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日（以下「施行日」という。）から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 121Effects of Dispositions
第百二十一条（処分等の効力）
With regard to any acts conducted, such as dispositions made or procedures taken, pursuant to the provisions of the respective laws (including orders based on them; hereinafter the same applies in this Article) before the enforcement of this Act, for which there are corresponding provisions in the provisions of the respective laws after the amendment are deemed to have been conducted pursuant to the corresponding provisions of the respective laws after the amendment, unless otherwise provided for by the Supplementary Provisions.
この法律の施行前のそれぞれの法律（これに基づく命令を含む。以下この条において同じ。）の規定によってした処分、手続その他の行為であって、改正後のそれぞれの法律の規定に相当の規定があるものは、この附則に別段の定めがあるものを除き、改正後のそれぞれの法律の相当の規定によってしたものとみなす。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 122Transitional Measures Concerning Penal Provisions
第百二十二条（罰則に関する経過措置）
Prior laws continue to govern the applicability of penal provisions to acts committed prior to the enforcement of this Act and to acts committed on or after the enforcement of this Act that are to continue to be governed by prior laws pursuant to these Supplementary Provisions as well as those that are to continue to be effective pursuant to these Supplementary Provisions.
この法律の施行前にした行為並びにこの附則の規定によりなお従前の例によることとされる場合及びこの附則の規定によりなおその効力を有することとされる場合におけるこの法律の施行後にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 123Delegation of Other Transitional Measures to Cabinet Order
第百二十三条（その他の経過措置の政令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in these Supplementary Provisions, Cabinet Order prescribes the necessary transitional measures in line with the enforcement of this Act.
この附則に規定するもののほか、この法律の施行に伴い必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
