When a defined contribution pension operational management institution comes to fall under any of the following items, the registration of the defined contribution pension operational management institution ceases to be effective. In this case, the persons respectively specified in those items must make notification to that effect to the competent ministers within thirty days from the day on which the institution came to fall under those respective items:
確定拠出年金運営管理機関が次の各号のいずれかに該当することとなったときは、当該確定拠出年金運営管理機関の登録は、その効力を失う。この場合において、それぞれ当該各号に定める者は、当該各号に該当するに至った日から三十日以内に、その旨を主務大臣に届け出なければならない。
when the institution is extinguished by a merger:an officer representing the corporation which was a defined contribution pension operational management institution;
合併により消滅したとき 確定拠出年金運営管理機関であった法人を代表する役員
when the institution is dissolved due to an order commencing bankruptcy proceedings:the bankruptcy trustee of the corporation which was a defined contribution pension operational management institution;
破産手続開始の決定により解散したとき 確定拠出年金運営管理機関であった法人の破産管財人
when the institution is dissolved due to a reason other than a merger or an order commencing bankruptcy proceedings:the liquidator of the corporation which was a defined contribution pension operational management institution; or
合併及び破産手続開始の決定以外の理由により解散したとき 確定拠出年金運営管理機関であった法人の清算人
when the institution discontinues the defined contribution pension operational management business:an officer representing the corporation which was a defined contribution pension operational management institution.
確定拠出年金運営管理業を廃止したとき 確定拠出年金運営管理機関であった法人を代表する役員
