If there has been a change to any of the particulars set forth in the items of Article 89, the defined contribution pension operational management institution must make notification to that effect to the competent ministers within two weeks from that day.
確定拠出年金運営管理機関は、第八十九条第一項各号に掲げる事項に変更があったときは、その日から二週間以内に、その旨を主務大臣に届け出なければならない。
When the competent ministers receive notification under the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the minister must register the particulars for which the notification was made in the defined contribution pension operational management institution register.
主務大臣は、前項の規定による届出を受理したときは、届出があった事項を確定拠出年金運営管理機関登録簿に登録しなければならない。
