Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding 9 months from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して九月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provision in Article 1 amending Article 4, paragraph (1), item (ii), (a) of the Act on Special Measures Concerning the Freezing, etc. of Assets of International Terrorists Implemented by Japan in Light of United Nations Security Council Resolution 1267, etc., the provisions of Articles 3 through 5, and the provision in Article 6 amending Article 13, paragraph (1) of the Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds, and the provisions of Articles 6, 7, 9 and 10 of the Supplementary Provisions and Article 15 of the Supplementary Provisions (limited to the provision amending Article 3, item (xii) of the Act on the Arrangement of Related Acts upon the Enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Penal Code, etc. (Act No. 68 of 2022)): the day on which 20 days have elapsed from the date of promulgation;
第一条中国際連合安全保障理事会決議第千二百六十七号等を踏まえ我が国が実施する国際テロリストの財産の凍結等に関する特別措置法第四条第一項第二号イの改正規定、第三条から第五条までの規定及び第六条中犯罪による収益の移転防止に関する法律第十三条第一項の改正規定並びに附則第六条、第七条、第九条、第十条及び第十五条（刑法等の一部を改正する法律の施行に伴う関係法律の整理等に関する法律（令和四年法律第六十八号）第三条第十二号の改正規定に限る。）の規定 公布の日から起算して二十日を経過した日
the provision in Article 2 amending the table of contents of the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act, the provision amending Article 17-2, paragraph (1) of that Act, the provision amending Article 18, paragraph (4) of that Act, the provision amending Article 22-3 of that Act, the provision adding one chapter after Chapter VI-2 of that Act, the provision making Article 71, item (xii) of that Act into item (xiii) of that Article, the provision making item (xi) of that Article into item (xii) of that Article, the provision making item (x) of that Article into item (xi) of that Article, and the provision adding one item after item (ix) of that Article (referred to in Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions as the "provisions amending the table of contents, etc. of the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act"), the provision in Article 6 amending Article 4 of the Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds, the provision amending Article 7, paragraph (2) of that Act, the provision amending Article 8 of that Act, the provision amending Article 12 of that Act, the provision amending Article 18 of that Act (limited to the portion replacing "paragraph (3)" with "paragraph (4)"), and the provision amending the Appended Table of that Act (referred to in Article 8, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions as the "provisions amending Article 4, etc. of the Criminal Proceeds Transfer Prevention Act"), and the provisions of Articles 4, 5, 8 and 14 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one year and six months from the date of promulgation.
第二条中外国為替及び外国貿易法の目次の改正規定、同法第十七条の二第一項の改正規定、同法第十八条第四項の改正規定、同法第二十二条の三の改正規定、同法第六章の二の次に一章を加える改正規定、同法第七十一条第十二号を同条第十三号とする改正規定、同条第十一号を同条第十二号とする改正規定、同条第十号を同条第十一号とする改正規定及び同条第九号の次に一号を加える改正規定（附則第三条において「外国為替及び外国貿易法の目次等の改正規定」という。）並びに第六条中犯罪による収益の移転防止に関する法律第四条の改正規定、同法第七条第二項の改正規定、同法第八条の改正規定、同法第十二条の改正規定、同法第十八条の改正規定（「第三項」を「第四項」に改める部分に限る。）及び同法別表の改正規定（附則第八条第一項において「犯罪収益移転防止法第四条等の改正規定」という。）並びに附則第四条、第五条、第八条及び第十四条の規定 公布の日から起算して一年六月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日
